Even it it feels hard to imagine, I know that it's absolutely possible for you to feel like YOU again in 2023. It's the year to make perimenopause a positive experience and I am here to help you.
A new year is a great opportunity to reflect on what you actually want to achieve for your health and wellness but it's important not to get caught up in the 'unrealistic new year, new you' narrative as many don't even make it to the end of January.
In fact 80% of us fail to stick to new years resolutions and one of the main reasons is because we're not clear enough about what we really want.
We often know what we don't want e.g. to feel tired all the time, to argue with a partner, to eat chocolate etc. But this doesn't help us much because what we get is what we focus our attention on and our subconscious mind can't distinguish between a positive and a negative.
So, it's vital to get super clear on what you actually want and then how you're going to get it which is exactly what I'll be helping you do in this episode.
I'll be walking you through 5 questions:
What do you want?
What's important about that?
How are you going to go about it?
What's stopping you?
What will it look like?
By the end of this episode, you'll have a clear idea of where you want to be and what you need to do to get there!
