MENOMORPHOSIS

#58 Menopause & Cancer with Dani Binnington

Episode 58

This week on the podcast, I speak to Dani Binnington.  At just 33, Dani had three daughters under the age of four when she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer.  At 39, Dani had her ovaries removed, finding herself in a surgically onset menopause by the time she turned 40.

Dani’s story is filled with valuable insights and a genuine understanding of the emotional and physical challenges faced during cancer and a medically induced menopause.

Today Dani is a nutrition coach and yoga teacher and her business, Healthy Whole ME, provides support to charities and to people affected by menopause and cancer.

She has her own podcast - The Menopause & Cancer Podcast - and also works with healthcare professionals to improve understanding and care.

If you are a cancer survivor or are undergoing treatment, if you know someone who is a Cancer Survivor or is undergoing or about to have treatment, I am sure that Dani’s experience and realism will be a source of inspiration, guidance and comfort.
