No matter who you are, where you come from, or what you do, none of us can escape our feelings. They are just part of being human. It’s how we deal with them that counts.
In this conversation, Lucy and I talk about why it’s so important to allow ourselves to really feel our feelings - both positive and negative.
We discuss some practical ways to deal with, and then disperse, the not-so-good ones. And we also touch on how to shift your state from feeling rubbish, to feeling great.
