Thursday Thoughts - Getting The Damn Thing Done
On this week's Thursday Thoughts, Lucy and I are talking about getting the damn thing done!
September is a great time of year to check in with ourselves about where we are with our goals. There's still a significant amount of the year to go, but not so much that it feels overwhelming.
So...what are those things you keep putting off, and how can you just get the damn thing done?!
Lucy and I discuss how to start taking action, including getting accountability, starting very, very small, and getting the hell out of our own way.
We also talk about how we have to cultivate motivation by taking action, rather than waiting for the motivation to arrive before we take the action.
