TT - Accountability
If you’re trying to make a change or cultivate a new habit, you need accountability. And that is exactly what Lucy and I are talking about on this week’s Thursday Thoughts.
Having accountability has been a game changer for both of us. We are each other’s accountability buddies in business, and I also had a fabulous accountability buddy when I first started getting up at 5am a few years ago. Had it not been for her, I simply would not have stuck to it.
Whether you hold yourself accountable by posting about a goal on social media, hiring a coach, or simply checking in with a friend every day, you are waaaaaaay more likely to do the damn thing when you’re being held accountable.
